Norm Pattiz's Biography
Considered the founding father of modern radio syndication with over 35 years experience, Norm Pattiz is the Founder of Westwood One which under his leadership became America's largest provider of news, sports, entertainment, talk and traffic programming to the Broadcast Industry. Westwood One owned, managed or distributed NBC radio networks, CBS News, CNN radio, the Mutual Broadcasting System, NFL Football, NCAA Basketball, plus March Madness, The Super Bowl and The Winter and Summer Olympic Games.

In 2000, Norm was appointed by President Clinton and reappointed in 2002 by President Bush to serve on the Broadcasting Board of Governors of the United States of America. The BBG oversees all US nonmilitary broadcasting services, including "The Voice of America", "Radio Free Europe", "Radio Liberty", "Middle East Broadcasting" and others. Norm was responsible for conceiving and launching Americas Arabic language radio and television services to all 22 countries of the Middle East plus Farsi language broadcasting to Iran.

In addition to his background in broadcasting, Norm serves as the Chairman of the Lawrence Livermore and Los Alamos National Security Laboratories. He is a Regent of the University of California and a member in the Council of Foreign Relations and the Pacific Council on International Relations.

In 2009, Pattiz was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame and received the Giants of Broadcasting Award from the Library of American Broadcasting.

Pattiz lives in Beverly Hills with his wife of nearly 30 years, Dr. Mary Turner Pattiz.
Jim Berk Chief Executive Officer
Jim Berk comes to PodcastOne with over 20 years of experience as CEO of media, entertainment and hospitality companies. Most recently, Berk served as the Chief Executive Officer of Participant Media, a global entertainment company focused on socially relevant film, television, publishing and digital media. In Berk's almost nine years at Participant he led the company from a film development and financing focus, to a multi-platform media creation, distribution and investment company with over 220 employees. During his tenure, 60+ films were greenlit including: The Kite Runner, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Snitch, Waiting For Superman, The Help, Food Inc., Contagion, Lincoln, Citizenfour, Beasts of No Nation, Bridge of Spies and last year's Academy Award winning best picture, Spotlight. In addition, Participant also launched the cause-related digital hub TakePart, which grew to 10 million monthly visitors, launched the Pivot cable network, which rapidly expanded to 48 million homes and began international expansion into Spanish speaking territories with the launch of Participant PanAmerica.

Previously, Berk was Chairman and CEO of Gryphon Colleges Corporation. As President & CEO and Board Director for Fairfield Communities, Inc., he led the company's sale to Cendant for $635 million. Serving as President & CEO of Hard Rock Cafe International, Inc., Berk led a record expansion of locations with record revenue and profits, while also making Hard Rock a music and television entertainment brand. Berk was also the founding Executive Director of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences Foundation (The Grammy Foundation), in addition to being the youngest principal in the history of Los Angeles Unified School District, serving as Principal of the Hamilton High Schools Complex. Berk currently serves as Chair of the Executive Board of the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television and is on the Board of the USC Rossier School of Education and the Executive Committee of the Executive Branch of the The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Berk is a voting member of the Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Kit Gray's Biography
Kit Gray brings over ten years of sales representation experience in traditional spot terrestrial radio sales, network radio sales, national radio sales, mobile content sales, online sales and over the last two years has become a proven sales leader in the podcast medium.

Kit connected and developed a podcast offerings on a network basis to advertisers developing a demand for a new medium. Mr. Gray's podcast sales quickly advanced into seven figures for such shows as the Adam Carolla Show, Jay Mohr's Fake Mustache, The Nerdist, Maria Menounous' AfterbuzzTV, Penn Jillette, Tom Segura and more.

Kit has worked with media agencies in Los Angeles, New York and Boston. In 2005, Mr. Gray won Seller of the Year for Katz Media Group, a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications. He was the first person to sell a mobile advertising campaign for Verizon Wireless EV-DO network called Amp'd Mobile in 2007 and was the first person to sell an online digital streaming network for Clear Channel's Digital in 2009.

Kit Gray has an MBA in finance from Crummer Graduate School and he studied Environmental Studies at Rollins College in Winter Park, Fl. He lives happily on the beach in Marina Del Rey with his wife Pam and dog Gracie.
